Booking system: Weeks can be booked up to a year ahead; first refusal is usually offered to those occupying the property during the corresponding week during the year before, but they must re-book within one week of leaving to retain this first option next year (subject to the property being available). Example: guests staying in the Flat during 11th - 18th May 2011 have first refusal to re-book the Flat for 9th - 16th May 2012 provided this is made by 25th May 2011 and the unit being available. After this time it will be opened to all other enquiries.
2013 Prices and availability
At present, guests staying here in 2012 are normally offered first refusal to re-book for the corresponding or similar week(s) in 2013. If you would like to be placed on the reserve list for a particular week (in case it is not re-booked by this year's visitors) please contact us by phone or e-mail.
